These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oke4 ("oke4," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the oke4 online gaming platform available at oke4.app and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
To register and maintain an account on oke4, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
Each player may hold only one (1) account on oke4. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. oke4 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, which may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. oke4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify oke4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
oke4 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt by oke4's payment processing systems.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. oke4 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. oke4 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.
oke4 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated on the Platform.
All transactions on oke4 are conducted in Philippine Peso. oke4 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which oke4 accepts no responsibility.
oke4 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
oke4 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at oke4's sole discretion.
Each game available on the oke4 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. oke4 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of oke4.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oke4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if oke4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
oke4's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oke4 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. oke4 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.
oke4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the oke4 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact oke4's support team to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. oke4 will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
oke4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, oke4 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and oke4 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
