oke4 retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. Specifically:

• Account and identity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations;
• Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction;
• Communications data is retained for three (3) years from the date of the communication;
• Technical and usage data is retained for up to two (2) years from collection, unless a longer retention period is required for security or legal purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with oke4's data disposal procedures.

The oke4 Platform is strictly intended for users who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. oke4 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

When you interact with these services, you are subject to their respective privacy policies. oke4 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services and encourages you to review their policies before providing any personal data.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

oke4 reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
